THIS VERSION WAS LAST UPDATED ON 14TH MAY 2018 AND HISTORIC VERSIONS OR CAN BE OBTAINED BY CONTACTING US.
FROM 25 MAY 2018 THERE WILL BE CHANGES IN DATA PROTECTION LAWS AND WE WILL THEN BE ABLE TO RESPOND TO SOME OF YOUR REQUESTS (FOR EXAMPLE, A REQUEST FOR
THE TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA). WE ARE STILL WORKING TOWARDS GETTING OUR SYSTEMS READYFOR SOME OF THESE CHANGES.
Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us. It is important that the personal data we hold about you
is accurate and current.
