Once you have registered for the VMEasy system we will provide you with a web site address along with an administrator username and password. This will give you access to the VMEasy system and allow you to add additional users and customise it to your preferences.

Do I need a specific browser?

VMEasy is cross browser compatible, and can be used with most popular web browsers on PC & MAC.

Is there a minimum screen resolution requirement?

We would recommend a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 but we feel VMEasy is best viewed in 1280 x 1024.

Can VMEasy be personalised for my organisation?

Yes! We want your organisation to make a great first impression on all visitors. VMEasy allows you to add your logo and organisation name on screen as well as customise your entry terms and conditions. You can customise the email templates and visitor passes as well as the reports generated by VMEasy. We can even import an existing list of hosts and users if you have one to save you having to input the data manually. If you there is something in particular you would like to customise for your organisation, please get in touch. Our developers would be happy to discuss your requirements with you.

Our DaySecure badge will print out on most inkjets, however, for user ease it is best to use a rear feeding inkjet printer, we recommend the Canon range of printers. We do offer a black and white thermal printer option. The printer holds a roll of 500 passes, great for unattended or high volume receptions and works fantastically well with VMEasy.

Yes. All versions of VMEasy are supplied with one site as standard however, VMEducation and VMProfessional packages allow for multiple site systems to be added. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

It can be! We offer a multi-lingual bolt on package that can translate the VMEasy system into several languages if required.
