VMEasy PAYG - Visitor Management

Since its first development in 2001, the VMEasy visitor management has continued to evolve through both technical development and innovative ways in which you can purchase the system.  The latest of these innovations is the VMEasy PAYG plan.

With VMEasy PAYG you can experience the flexibility and professionalism of our system without committing to our monthly contract.  This gives your organisation the opportunity to test thoroughly the system in your working environment.

Once you are confident that VMEasy is the visitor management system that best fits your requirements you have two options on how to continue paying for the use of the system.  If you have a small volume of visitors, usually less than five per day, then you can stay on the VMEasy PAYG package just by purchasing one of our packs of DaySecure for VMEasy PAYG Clients.

For organisations with visitor numbers usually in excess of five per day then we would advise you move onto our contract service, which is £15 plus VAT per month.  You would also need to purchase a resupply of DaySecure passes, but as a contract customer you do get them at a discounted rate.
