VMEasy Multi Tenant enables a site management company to give tenants the ability to pre-book in visitors via the central security/reception area.

The badge can be branded with the logo and details of each company operating from the site, or with a generic branding for the building.  For confidentiality, staff pre-booking visitors cannot see meetings arranged by colleagues or meetings booked by staff of other companies within the office building.
